What payment options are available?
We happily accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover
and American Express. Secure data and
transactions through SSL Certificate.

Do you accept phone or fax orders?
No, we only accept orders via our website.
What happens to the information I submit?
We do not sell any names, numbers,
addresses, etc. All your information is kept
confidential.
Do you have a printed catalog?
No we don’t. We are always adding new items
to the site and find it the most effective
way to update our customers.
What is your return policy?
Yes, we do accept
returns, but depending on the item there may
be a restocking fee. Sorry, but there are
returns are not accepted on personalized
items. Some of our products may arrive
straight from the manufacturer. Please make
sure to contact us directly at

if you need to return any of our products.
If I order a few items, will they come in
the same box?
Maybe. Our items may be shipped from
different locations and manufacturers, so
there is a possibility that items may be
shipped separately.
Will you ship to more than one address?
We are not currently set up to do
this, so you would have to place separate
orders.
When can I expect my order?
You should expect to have your order within
4-6 days, although some personalized items
could take up to 2- 3 weeks.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Yes, there will be a 6.5% sales tax added to
your purchase.
Do you offer gift wrapping services?
Some of our products
are available for gift wrap. These items are
specified on their products page. If you

Do you ship internationally?
We may, depending on the item. Please
contact us via email and we will get back to
you within 24 hours with a response.
What are the chances an item will be
cancelled or backordered?
In the rare event that a product you ordered
isn’t available, we will notify you as
quickly as possible via email or phone and
let you know. Anticipated delivery dates for
backorders or custom orders are dependent
upon our suppliers and other factors beyond
our control, and are subject to change.
Do you use
Drop-Ship services?
Twin and
Triplet Gifts, Inc. stock many of the items
shown on our website, however we do
participate with some manufacturers in a
drop-ship program for certain items that
will be shipped directly from the
manufacturer.
How do I track the status of
my order?
A tracking number is usually
emailed to you after the order has been
processed and shipped. In the event that you
have not received an order confirmation
email with a tracking number, please either
check your spam folder or contact us to
request one.
